(More customer reviews)I placed my order back in the end of January 2011. Over a month went by and I never received my product. I filed a claim, spoke to a representative of their company, he refunded my order, said he would send the product along with my refund. Today is March 21, 2011, I received a package in the mail, and the envelope is empty!! They sent me nothing! Do NOT let these folks bamboozle you.
