(More customer reviews)I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. It didn't arrive and I know that sometimes these decals take a long time. So several weeks later I sent a note to the vendor through Amazon. After a few email exchanges to verify information the vendor sent out a new one which arrived a few days later. I'm pretty sure the carrier had lost the first one and that it was not the fault of the vendor. All in all, even though there was a problem, the vendor made it good when notified.
