(More customer reviews)When I first got this item there was a seat cover missing...tried to call the 800 and got some airplane place...so called the customer service at amazon...they said to send it back and repurchase the item....wait for a refund...well thankfully I didn't end up doing that...I tried calling the 800 number for the 3rd time talked to a representative...she sent out the missing item got it in a week...went to put the seat covers on our escape and they went on VERY HARD...we got them on finally...
